An individual lesson can be cancelled up to 12 hours before it starts. Later than that, the payment is not refunded and the lesson is taken off the pass.

Cancellation rules

- Cancel or move no later than 10 hours before the start.
- If you cancel later, the class or pass visit is forfeited.
- You manage your booking yourself via Altegio.
- Private classes can be booked online too.
