Privacy policy

Forms on the website

When you write to us through the contact form, the studio rental enquiry or the retreat sign-up, we process what you enter: your name, email, optionally your phone number and message, and for rentals the type of event, date and number of people. We use it only to reply and make arrangements with you – steps taken at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The message is stored in the website admin and emailed to the studio. We keep the data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry.

To prevent spam, the form briefly stores an anonymised fingerprint of your IP address (a sending limit); the IP address itself is not stored.

Bookings and passes

Class bookings and passes are handled in Altegio. Whatever you enter there is processed by Altegio under its own terms.

Map and reviews

The Google map on the Contact page loads only after you click – only then does your browser connect to Google Maps. Google reviews are loaded by our server; your browser does not connect to Google for them.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. You can complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
