  • An experience rooted in a personal story

Lessi has walked her own path from scoliosis and pain towards healthy movement and a deeper understanding of her body. What she teaches today is not simply theory. It is an experience she has lived herself.

Lessi and herjourney back to a healthy body

Lesoul was born from personal experience.

Lessi’s journey into conscious work with the body did not begin with a desire to teach yoga. It began with a need to reconnect with her own body.

For many years, she lived with scoliosis, tension and pain. Over time, yoga became a way for her to better understand her body, listen to its needs, and rediscover a sense of strength, flexibility and trust within it.

Wanting to understand how to practise correctly and safely, Lessi began a deeper journey of learning. Her first steps led her to an Indian ashram in Mallorca, where she completed her first yoga teacher training. Later, she travelled to India, where she explored different traditions, studied with different teachers and masters, and continued to deepen her understanding of the body and of herself.

What began as a search for her own health gradually became a lifelong path. Yoga became more than a practice on the mat. It became a way of listening more closely to the body, understanding its needs, and staying connected to oneself.

Lessi continues to learn and deepen her knowledge. She has completed a 50-hour Yin Yoga training, courses in emotional intelligence, and a range of workshops and seminars focused on the body and mind. Her deeper interest in the human body also led her towards rehabilitation, where she became qualified as a rehabilitation trainer with a focus on health and movement.

The body, mind and soul are not separate.

What happens within us is reflected in the body. And the way we feel in our bodies influences our emotional state and overall wellbeing.

That is why at Lesoul, we bring together mindful movement, yoga, breathwork, bodywork and other practices that invite us to slow down, turn our attention inward, and reconnect with what we truly need in the present moment.

“I didn’t simply want to learn how to exercise correctly. I wanted to understand my body as a whole. I believe that real change begins with more than movement. Sometimes the body needs strength. Sometimes it needs slowing down, releasing tension and taking a deep breath. And sometimes, we simply need to allow ourselves to pause.”

Lesoul is more than a studio.

It is a space where you can pause for a moment. A space for your body, your breath, your feelings and your inner calm.

That is why we keep our groups small and approach each person with care and respect for their individuality. Every body has its own story, its own rhythm and its own needs.

Lessi knows from her own experience how important attention, safety and the feeling of truly being seen and heard can be on the journey towards greater wellbeing.

Because self-care does not begin with achievement. It begins with attention.
